How Does It Work?
Nondual Integrative Healing recalibrates the body, mind, and spirit, bringing your whole being closer to a balanced state. While the healing takes place, your energy system; mental, emotional, and physical bodies shift and realign, allowing real change to unfold in your life. Each session builds upon prior sessions, so the effects increase as you move toward greater and greater wholeness.
Deep healing work of this nature integrates at its own pace and in an organic way. The effects of a healing session can be subtle, dramatic, or anything in between, and will continue to evolve over time.
What Does a Healing Session look Like?
The first part of each session begins with an in-depth conversation, exploring anything that you may wish to discuss about your life, including any physical, emotional, or spiritual issues. You can expect to be received with an extraordinary level of compassion, kindness, and relationship. The truth of your own experience and where you are in the moment, will guide each session. The Nondual Integrative Healing diagnostic process will deepen the exploration and lead to a healing that will bring light to places in the body, mind, and spirit that need healing.
During the final portion of the session you may lie down, fully clothed on a massage table, and the healer, with permission, may lightly touch you in a non-intrusive way while completing the healing. The healing is experienced in silence during which the client need not do anything but rest comfortably. This portion of the session lasts about 10 – 15 minutes. A typical session, including the healing portion lasts about an hour.
